The 27th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes was held on a bright and beautiful first Saturday of December. This fundraiser supports the Club’s winter programming and provides scholarships for our vacation week programs, and has become a beloved holiday tradition for many West Springfield residents. This year’s tour, featuring six beautiful homes, the Majestic Theater, and a Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair at the Club, was record breaking! Thanks to the hardworking Tour of Homes committee, sponsors, community partners, volunteers, and of course the homeowners themselves, the 2023 Tour of Homes raised over $40,000 towards Club programming and scholarships!

This year’s hosts were Janice & Jeff Daly at 9 Lantern Lane, Barbara & Ted Hebert at 75 Pease Avenue, Todd & Jess Cincotta at 45 Tiara Lane, Jess & Matt Moskey at 1510 Morgan Road, Carrie Blair at 123 Pine Street, Bryan & Kelley Stockhaus at 280 Rodgers Ave, and the Majestic Theater on 131 Elm Street. Over 500 tour-goers visited these beautiful homes, finding decorating inspiration and holiday cheer in every corner. From 9 AM to 12 PM, visitors made their way through the Majestic Theater, even getting a peek backstage! Visitors to the Majestic were also able to enter a free raffle, with the prize including two tickets to a show at the theatre and a dinner at nearby bNapoli Italian. Bella Napoli, Cerratos Pastry, West Side Bar & Grill, and Two Weeks Notice also collaborated with the Club on this event, offering special menu items or even free drinks to tour-goers, and donating part of the proceeds back to support the Club. Throughout the day, many tour-goers also stopped by the Holiday Craft & Vendor fair at the Club, which featured more than 45 vendors selling all kinds of holiday crafts, gifts, decorations, jewelry, and food.

The Club recognizes the generous guidebook sponsors and top-tier supporters that helped make this event successful. The Platinum Sponsor of the event was Kelley & Katzer Real Estate & the Diamond level sponsor was Love, Tito’s. Gold Sponsors included Eastern States Exposition, Florence Bank, Sullivan Paper Company, Teddy Bear Pools & Spas, Bertera Auto Group, Freedom Credit Union, HUB International, Westfield Bank, PeoplesBank, and M&T Bank. The Silver Sponsors for this event were Red’s Towing and Summerwood Construction.

In addition to providing a safe and enriching environment to nearly 600 local youth each year, West Springfield Boys & Girls Club is a place where the community can come together through events like the Holiday Tour of Homes. From our “Little Futures” Preschool to our Teen Programs, our mission is “to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.” In coming together for this holiday tradition, tour-goers supported this mission and made wonderful memories with family and friends.
