The Boys & Girls Club of West Springfield employs a team of trained professional staff members that support, guide & create meaningful relationships with our members. Our Staff members actively cultivate such relationships to promote the health, social, educational, vocational and character development of youth in a safe, positive environment.  Our staff members are committed to providing positive, life-changing experiences for our youth that enable them to achieve great futures.
