Thanks to our Season Ticketholders, sponsors, vendors, auction prize donors, volunteers, and guests, our Flutes & Flavors 2024 Fundraiser was a massive success! We’re thrilled to share that we exceeded our fundraising goal of $75,000 and raised an impressive $78,151! Over $68,000 of these funds will go directly to providing financial aid for Club families and supporting our program initiatives.
The night kicked off with a VIP cocktail hour for Season Ticketholders, with refreshments provided by Nadim’s, Two Weeks’ Notice, and Horizon Beverage. At 6 PM, twenty-two food and beverage vendors provided delicious samples over 350 guests. Food vendors this year included K’s/Crazy Seafood, Classic Burgers, Wood-N-Tap, Motu Indian Kitchen, Taste of Lebanon, Springfield Country Club, Buccaneer Lounge, and Crepes Tea House, while alcohol vendors included Stateside Vodka, Skyline Beer Company, Quality Beverage and Springfield Wine Exchange.
The live auction kicked off at 8:30 with a surprise performance from In Motion Ballroom Dance Company, with dancers Jayden Leighty and Susanna Westcott returning to the stage alongside auctioneers Sen. John Velis and State Rep. Michael Finn to introduce different prizes throughout the evening. The spectacular prizes auctioned off included a Wedding Package, dinner for 10 at the West Springfield Fire Department, a Taproom Party at Two Weeks Notice, exclusive dining experiences, hotel stays, and more. The evening closed out with dancing to live DJ music provided by Visual Sound Productions and donut holes from Donut Dip.
